About

What Aadya NyayaMitra is — and is not

Understand Your Rights. Know Your Next Step.

What we do

We explain everyday legal problems in India in simple words: what area of law is likely involved, what usually matters, what to preserve as evidence, which official channels exist, and what to ask a qualified advocate.

What we never do

  • We do not give legal advice or act as your lawyer.
  • We do not guarantee any outcome, recovery of money, or success in a case.
  • We do not invent sections, judgments, helplines or lawyer credentials.
  • We do not encourage hiding evidence, misleading authorities or breaking the law.
  • We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank passwords, PINs or OTPs.

How content is produced

  2. Reviewed by a human before it can be published.
  3. Published with a source link, review date, effective date and version number.
